Dorota came out right away and quickly established what the fault was with boiler not turning on. Issue was quickly resolved and cost was very reasonable. Happy to recommend their serivices.

From the first visit from John to give us our quote and discuss design and layout we received great service. They obtained permission for dropped kerb and completed the two car driveway with little bit of landscaping in two days. David, Lewis & Anthony worked hard and left everything tidy and all rubbish was collected the next day. Would definitely recommend. No payment was required until job completed to our satisfaction. Very poor communication, constantly need to chase to answer back. Give me the price without seeing the job and after more than a week came to see it. Agreed for wednesday to get job done. Never turned up. After a few calls, I've been told that they can't give a proper date or time because they are too busy doing different jobs. Total joke, I would not recommend

I want to express my disappointment with Charles from JnC Groundworks. I had written the review with the promise that he would return the following Monday to remove all leftover materials (which was part of the contract). This did not happen. Someone arrived over 2 months later to clear the leftovers but still left 2 pallets on my front lawn! This pitiful attempt to clear the leftovers only happened after many emails and phone calls, which he tried to ignore! DON'T pay until the job is FULLY completed!!

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
