Sadri and his team did an excellent job creating a new patio and building a pergola for us. They were friendly and very polite and respectful. They prepared the area well, created a good foundation and the standard of paving was very good. They worked hard, paid attention to detail and cleared the area well at the end. Every member of the team involved in the bathroom installation - plumber, tiler, carpenter, electrician, floorer - was, from start to finish, professional, highly skilled, reliable, clean and friendly. Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.

I had a backyard full of rubbish & kept adding to it so that i could get rid of a lot of household waste. I spoke to Darren who was unbelievably helpful and accommodating. On the day of the job Nick and Danny arrived and couldn't have been more helpful and professional. Nothing was too much to ask and they were really lovely and helpful guys. I also had my backyard jet washed. I'd definitely recommend and I'll certainly be using them again.
