I used the Rated People website for the first time when the recent bad winds damaged our fences. Although I posted the request on a Sunday night - I was amazed when Ash responded an hour later, following up promptly with a call the next morning. Ash completed the work that same week. He stayed in full contact with us throughout, with updates and details whilst the work was under way. The response and communication was amazing, workmanship was top quality, and the costs very fair. Tom Humphries and his team recently built our new porch & relayed our patio. Excellent quality work, reliable & very knowledgeable tradesmen. The porch has a vaulted ceiling with spot lights, shelving and very nice rounded brickwork steps up to the front door. The original patio had steps - it was dug out and re-layed to one level, in just a few days. Regular skips meant there was never any mess. The whole team went the extra mile so everything was perfect. Very pleased with everything. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Glen was on time and and was very pleasant and professional. He explained what the problem was with my door handles and showed me the failed springs. He explained how the locking mechanism worked so that I fully understood the problem. Although he didn't have any black handles with him, he did have some white ones and I was happy with those so he did the job there and then to save a return visit. He also adjusted both the front an back doors for me. Very pleased.
