Will was not only extremely friendly but also very efficient. He kept us informed about the conversion all the way through and ensured all work (joinery, electrical, and plastering) were all completed to high standard. Extended bedroom looks superb. Tom was not hired on this occasion for my posted job. I tried to remove/close the job post, but a glitch means I can not do so. I can only place a rating. It would be unfair to rate Tom as anything less than 5 stars as he did communicate a quote but wanted 50% up front. If I had not found a tradesman with immediate availability, it may well have worked out differently.
