Did a good solid job with a creative eye for how to utilise the restricted space to its maximum potential. Price was very reasonable, cheaper than other quotes. Required to resolve a few minor pick ups at the end, but was more than happy to do this within his schedule. Very happy with the finished product.

Didn't give the Job to Gareth, however this was not a reflection on anything about Gareth. He was prompt polite and knowledgeable, it just came down to me needing the bottom price even though Gareth's quote was very competitive. I had to go with the cheapest for me.

This review is way overdue. Kev, Mick and Dave did a fantastic job of our kitchen extension and garden landscaping. Has really transformed our home. We can not recommend them enough, Kev pointed us in the right direction the whole way through even making suggestions which saved us thousands. He reused materials, which also saved us more money and pulled out all the stops to ensure we had a working kitchen in time for lockdown.

I placed an ad, and Elite Plastering & Property Maintenance called within an hour, which was impressive. They confirmed the details, and when I added a gutter inspection, they adjusted the quote seamlessly. The quote and work date were promptly organised to fit my schedule. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work was faultless. They were friendly and professional, and the finished work looks great. Great value and efficient team—will definitely use them again!

The guys saved my roof and neighbours after being messed up by another roofer, they put everything right, 100% recommended. Will definitely get them again if needing any more roofing jobs carried out. Really can’t fault’s them. Oh Jaffa cakes too :)
