Krzysztof did a great job fitting 2 showers, decorating ensuite, changing all the taps and 2 showers, and doing a number of small fixes and improvements in the flat. I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. The low rating refers to Storm Guard R&G whose quote I accepted. But, 4 men came; 2 from Cheshire Roofing Repairs who did good work & I score them high. But, Storm Guard overcharged & did minimal sitework & then pressurised for payment (+ threatened to remove materials!). Storm Guard have several company names & an initial quote with no heading or phone (& only a Rated People website, spelt wrong!), and my bank suspected, so delayed payment. Advise just using Cheshire RR!

James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required.
