Great communication. My house needed loose rendering removed. Brickwork underneath repointing, Main fault traced and repaired with new guttering. Finally finished with 2 coats of stone paint. My house has been transformed. Thank you

I placed an ad, and Elite Plastering & Property Maintenance called within an hour, which was impressive. They confirmed the details, and when I added a gutter inspection, they adjusted the quote seamlessly. The quote and work date were promptly organised to fit my schedule. Communication was excellent, and the quality of work was faultless. They were friendly and professional, and the finished work looks great. Carl and his team did a fantastic job when working on my garage extension and conversion project. It was the first time that I’ve ever done this type of thing but Carl’s communication was spot on from start to finish. He was courteous and communicative throughout and talked me through each day where the project was at and what was next. I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

Martin was extremely professional and spent the best part of 2 hours trying to fix our toilet, even going as far as checking the external drains. Although he wasn’t able to solve the problem at least I now know what to do next and he provided several useful videos of our problem to help with that. Would recommend and would definitely hire again.

My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.

good lad, would thoroughly recommend. None of the bullshit a lot of the roofers wanted to talk, came and appraised the job simply and the next day came back and repaired it whilst i was at work. Images were taken before/during and after the job.
