The job was done professionally. He showed me exactly what he did by taking pictures as some of the work was on the roof. He was thorough and remedied work that was previously not done by another trade person.

Unfortunately, over 12 months into the project, it is still not finished. There were a few circumstances outside of Tom's influence, but the delay's have been accompanied by repeated lies about finalising the project, and poor quality of the work that has been done.

Sloppy job. I wouldn’t recommend this trader as he took the complete money agreed and didn’t complete job uncut bush in the garden. The reason for the was his imaginary wasp nest, which he doesn’t want to come inspect or show. Because he wants more money for further visits. Very unprofessional. Emmanuel visited my property to inspect a damp issue in the rear bedroom, explained to me what needed to be done to resolve it.
