I was given a quote for the work. After the guttering was removed, I was told that there was too much mortar under the hip which would have to be removed and the soffit reconnected. I was charged double the original quote. The gutter still leaks so I messaged them to come back. He said he would return but I have not heard from him since.

He came round punctually on the agreed day, and replaced the roof to a very high standard at the agreed price. I will be contacting Jim again if anything else needs attention. Highly recommended!
