Neale is lovely to deal with whilst being professional, punctual and skilled. I didn't believe builders like this still existed. He turned up on time, every single time he said he would. He produced a detailed written quote and then didn't increase it throughout the job. He and his side-kick, John, worked non-stop overcoming every issue our wonky victorian terraced could throw at them. I'm so relieved and impressed. He's now my go-to builder.

Quick reply but the job was not done properly. Screws were not installed correctly and 2 of them were missing the screw heads. I had to call another carpenter to fix it.

"Unprepared" is how I describe this company. 1st, James didn't even have a pen to write the the job sheet. 2nd, Neither did he have one the next day to add the extra work that he persuaded me needed doing. 3rd, the scaffholders had no means of securing the ladder at the top, and so "borrowed" a bungy from me. 4th, they had no knives to cut the liner. Another "borrow", this time a stanly knife. 5th, - this review doesn't allow enough characters. My advice is don't use this company of unskilled "roofers"
Hi I have been a joiner for a little over 10 years now, I did my apprenticeship as a bench joiner so attention to detail is key for me. Me and Oskar my apprentice always finish jobs to a high standard. As with Stuart my painter who's eye for detail is second to none We have public liability so are insured for all jobs we take on. Arranged to come out didn’t turn up I had to contact him again to see if he was coming then I get a reply saying he can’t get round to all his jobs shouldn’t have paid for the lead if you can’t turn up on time or a simple message to reschedule would have been the best thing to do
