Paul did a great job for a really good price with some holes in bricks and took out the plant growing in there. He also fixed a window rotten bottom but and opened it after council painted it closed for me when asked. Communication is really easy and pricing is very fair + also really nice guy. Frankie has done an excellent job repairing my roof and some pointing above 2 windows. He also pointed out a couple of other small repairs that were needed, sent pictures and advice.
