I needed the pointing removed and new pointing added to a very old internal brick wall in my flat. The team arrived early, and were extremely professional. He was able to source the necessary parts and completed the repair on the Sunday morning although was willing to do this earlier. The boiler has been running very smoothly ever since. Ben demonstrated professionalism & knowledge. Will use again although hopefully not too soon!
