James turned up to assess the job I had described and provided a candid assessment of what really needed doing - which in this instance saved me money on the work required. They did 2 bathroom makeovers, they were let down by a tile supplier which delayed our timetable but in general the team were good to work with, focussed, and listened to what we wanted.
