Poor workmanship from start to finish! Demands payment before the work has been completed an acceptable manner. After complaining about the work, I was called a Black African C**t. Threats against my life have been made by this individual. He has no clue what his doing and subcontracts the work to bad contractors.

I cannot rate these guys highly enough. Their challenge was to strip my flat roof & replace years of bodged felt , rotten boarding & rotten joists. Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
