Hello I have been roofing for 38 years doing customer care for two large roofing companies Bedford roofing steadfast roofing I have nvqs in roofing and working at heights we have all the necessary documentation and all the necessary equipment to do the work safely
After 3 appointments to come and have a look and the third appointment with no contact made, we had to look elsewhere. Would not rate at all but won't let me do no stars.

We accepted Paul’s quote. We decided to put new wood boards and guttering leading into our water barrel on our outdoor building. He came out the next week to complete the job. Paul and Reese have done an amazing transformation to our tired looking building. They are very energetic and skilled workers with great personalities. Satisfied with the outcome We have decided to let Paul do another job for us. Gutters for our home and a few other jobs we discussed. They’ll start tomorrow.

Was quoted a higher price for the job to be done, promised the job will be guararanted and as I was worried about the leak could get worse especially with the weather forecast getting worse and the bank holiday weekend, I had no choice but to agree for the job to be carried out. After completing the job I paid part cash and part bank transfer. I was promised an invoice a d guarantee by email. Despite contacting them I haven't received the written guarantee nor the invoice for the job not even a reply!

Excellent work on cleaning 2/3 of my roof in 2022. However, he was unable to clean the last 1/3 because of the importance of another job - and my job had taken longer than estimated. We agreed that he would complete the last 1/3 no later than May 31st 2023. In spite of at least 4 attempts to communicate with him (emails and an internal Rated People message) prior to the end of May, I have had no response from him. Hence the rating.
