Sharp Roofing & Solar provided a competitive quote following a site visit and fairly detailed inspection. Their communication was good and they kept us informed of changes to the schedule (delays due to rain) and progress. They were punctual and the standard of their work was very good and the finish was professional. They were very friendly and helpful. The only issue was an underestimate of the cost of materials (lead). Otherwise a very good job.

On the 16th 0f August I had these roofers fix the valleys on my roof due to a leak on the roof. A couple of days later it rained and the leak was still there. I contacted them to ask if they could come back and fix the problem. They told me that one of the team would be round tha week. One week later no one has turned up to fix the problem. They are now blanking me and not returning my messages or emails. They claim to give you a 2 year warranty but dont come back to fix their work. Poor service.

The construction was of a high quality and all done efficiently. This construction was completed during lockdown and the team adapted and communicated well throughout the process. We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
