After completing my plumbing certification, I spent 6 years working as a drainage engineer, specialising in unblocking and repairing drainage systems, using CCTV equipment to identify defects, and providing detailed reports for customers. VERY DISSATISFIED. ROOF LEAKED LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER FINISHING THE JOB. Tried many times to contact via email and left multiple phone messages. After nearly 4 months we still have a leaking roof. No point in offering a 12 month guarantee to your client if you never return their calls to fix shoddy workmanship.

Came out as arranged and said would give a quote for several jobs required including the damp repair .he said he would send quotes over on the friday 3rd november and am still waiting.

Work has not been carried out with skill or care. Barge boards were glued to underside of slates and chimney has been capped off with no air bricks. The chimney height has been reduced without the replacement of drop course or inadequate flaunting. I have been ghosted for trying to get this corrected.

We had a persistent roof leak issue during heavy rain. Response from Michael was really quick and came out over the weekend before oredicted heavy rain. They sorted the leak and also check the roof and identified some broken tiles etc which was sorted after few days. Really good team. Thanks guys.
