Wayne was fantastic, he came on time and sorted out a time sensitive job right before Christmas. He was reasonably priced. A storm with 90mph wind pushed the start date a couple days back as outside work was needed but he made sure it was done as soon as the weather settled. Our Cat loves her flap she uses it 5 times a day! We were able to go away for a couple days with out automatic feeder and pet cam with minimal help from a neighbours which was great. However, I paid a deposit for the work, the job was never started, communication stopped, despite me reaching out via phone and email, and I never received my deposit back. Highly disappointing after a great experience the first time round. I would not recommend.
