I couldn't be on site, but he quoted straight away detailing all that was included, advised what work would be needed and very honest about what was unnecessary. Work was carried out to a high standard and I was kept informed every step of the way with videos and photos. I would definitely recommend this company. Simply great, came round took notes, went through all we wanted, gave quote including materials, required 50% up front rest on completion, turn up as agreed, said it would take a week but done in 4 days!
