We had a great experience with OL & Edward. Livia was amazing and very persistent in finding the perfect replacement for our sink. We were trying to replace a broken sink with an identical version. Our sink had a very particular design and had been discontinued in the early 2000s, but Livia did not stop until she found the exact replacement. John, the plumber who did the replacement did an excellent job, and he was fast, clean and very professional. Highly recommend and would use again!

We had a leak coming from the pipework connected to the water tank. James identified the issue by us sending pictures and also by explaining on the phone. He was very communicative and kept us informed as to when he could do the repair. He and his colleague were really professional and knowledgeable. Smith and sons provided us with an excellent service. They brought the tree down to size under great control, tackled autumn leaves and left our front lawn looking great again. Very gentle and caring too. When you do a good job with such great attitude, repeat business is guaranteed. Just did not know it will be so quick - evidenced by our neighbour also giving them some work before they had finished working on our garden. Nice!

We contacted Ciprian for a quote to put up a shed for us in the garden. He promptly called us and gave us a price. Which we agreed. True to his word, he came on time and with all the tools required to complete the job. We were a little concerned as we had never used the platform nor met him prior. But he required no supervision from us, carried on quietly and very neatly completed the job. His workmanship is of an excellent standard and we have no hesitation in recommending him and will use him again.
