I had this roof replaced in February and it has failed already. The company I used was via Rated people. Not sure why I used this app again, given my experience, but I did. Gus has replaced this and my other flat roof. He carried out the job promptly and cleared up completely. So far, I think he has done a great job. The leaks have stopped. Assuming the roof doesn't fail again, I would recommend Gus without hesitation. I will return to update my review in a year's time when I hope there will be no problems

An absolute pleasure to have rob and his partner to do this job. The communication was great & the workmanship faultless - he’s a nice guy into the bargain and I would thoroughly recommend him and would use him again for any building work I have - he even helped out with advice on decorating I was doing in the bathroom. The main good point was he diagnosed the reason behind the job and got to the problem causing the job which he fixed in half a day - many builders today would just fix the symptoms.

Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. Harry and the guys came round quickly and gave us a quote, as we could not see what was going on as it was the roof he took photos and videos to show what the problem was. james and his crew worked like trojans to clear the trees and dispose of the spoils-even starting in the rain with no complaints-i asked for extra work to be done and with no complaint they took it in their stride-payment for this being a couple of hot cross buns and diet coke !!-i was going to have the stumps grinded out but james and his trusty 2 ton digger ripped them out-leaving the ground flat and virtually ready for turfing-they even knocked down a wall and levelled the site-5 stars are not enough!!

I put an ad for a roof leak on the 26/ 9/22 . I was told what the problem was. Quoted £450. Got charged£600. Waited for it to dry out. No it was the same.called out again and paid another £200. Waited again to dry out. Last month we’ve took the tiles off the wall,during the rain I watched the rain run down the internal brick work . let him know . contacted my insurance. From my insurance I’ve found out I have not had the flaunching repaired (I’ve paid for that.) Today is wed 22 March . No contact.
