However, Ross was willing to investigate and repair a pipe before installing our water tank that others were unwilling to do. Lee and his team did a great job on replacing our roof - scaffolding was up and everything renewed within a few days. Communication was good and we got updates about when the work was happening and when the team would be arriving. They worked almost without stopping each day even though it was freezing weather, left everything tidy and disposed of waste, and showed us pictures of progress and the completed roof. Really happy with their work and it's good to have peace of mind with a big job done.

If i could have given half a star i would have. I was told that my work would have taken 5 days to complete we are now into our 3rd week and it is no way near finished. They were turning up at lunch time and leaving at 5 or starting at 11 and finishing at 2.15. So we got fed up with it and told them to leave. Would definitely not recommend

Initially friendly but after doing a decent job on the guttering, quoted for roof work (shrews) which were done poorly and I had to get another tradesman to come and redo them; also refitted the slate roof on my porch - which then started to leak and once again I eventually had to get another tradesman to redo the work. I say initially friendly because when I followed up (I was promised a "10 year guarantee" which never materialised) they stopped returning my calls and messages. I gave plenty of chances.
