Other people quoted work which was over-the-top or wouldn't have solved the problem but John got right to the issue in a no-nonsense way. I can highly reccommend Tom's firm, Rockhopper. Tom himself has just restored interior of an external wall and the finish is extremely professionally undertaken. He is a very tidy worker and really knows the job. I am already asking Tom to quote for other work for me.
