Hi, I would just like to introduce our organisation PWR Property Services. We specialize in the plumbing, electrical and security sectors. Each of us has been specializing in our respected trades for a combined 15 years. Our ever-growing client list includes reputed organisations mainly in the City of Sunderland but we are looking to now expand across the whole of the North East. The services we provide vary in each different sector of the business. The plumbing services we provide can stem from general maintenance such changing a valve to fitting a new heating system, the same as the electrical side of things from changing a socket to a rewire or an EICR and the same goes for the security side of things, you may just want a camera upgrade or an entire security system installing, no job is too big or too small for our lads. We had dan and his team remove and add to our extention on back of house. Adding bifold doors vaulted roof with velux windows new roof and all electrics , radiators and walls and ceiling were done for a excellent price and time scale it was done in was excellent . I had a problem with my roof leaking and it wasn’t a straight forward fix, the problem was misdiagnosed by 3 other roofing companies before John came and had a look and correctly told me what the issue was. As far as the company goes I cannot fault it, he was in constant communication with me throughout the whole job, work was started and finished really quickly and the site was left as clean as it was before he started. Also he was very competitively priced. Would use again and would recommend to anyone.

The lads were delayed due to weather but checked every detail through to make sure it was what I wanted. Was apprehensive to go on holiday and leave them to it, but our minds were quickly put at ease. Quality of work was to an amazing standard and they ensured it was left tidy which showed respect for our home. Will be definately having them back. the pavement stone work was fine, but the cladding stones are falling off. I thought it was just few, but now I have at least five pieces falling off.
