We offer assistance with all types of issues that may include working at heights, i.e. solar PV, leaking damaged roofs, gutter repair or cleaning, all manners of carpentry and task in the garden or home. We happily install bird protection to pre existing solar installs. I’m a carpenter with the qualifications and 25 years experience in the building trade with a high level of knowledge across many different aspects which include Solar PV, General Building, suspended Cellings, metal stud & dry lining and even summer houses to garden office spaces. I’m a qualified SMSTS site manager with a level 3 First aid. I have participated in building the new wing at Kingston Hospital & the new mental health hospital in Essex. My passion is installing Solar panels but my experience extends to all manors of construction.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. I have done private work in the past and always ensured works were completed on time,at a reasonable rate and took pride in my work. I am a registered company and can be found on company house. I am a loss assessor, presently settling claims and then project managing the restoration works to properties affected by flood, storm, burst water pipe, malicious damage by tenants, impact or other damage to homes or commercial premises. Once I have assessed your claim, I will prepare a schedule of works and submit the details to your insurer to help ensure that you receive an efficient service whether the claim is related to your home or commercial premises. I can then project manage the restoration or repair works for you, no matter how big or small. There is no charge to you, the policyholder, for the Aspray claims management service I offer, provided that I can appoint and project manage the contractors who carry out the repair works, as Aspray is paid by the insurance company for any repair or reinstatement works my contractors complete.
