*Brick & Chip maintenance and building services* Hi im mitch, over the last 10-15 years i have studied and worked in various trades including carpentry, bricklaying, painting, groundworks, gardening, demolition, cavity and loft insulation. From college too working on building sites and also working inside peoples homes with the public, we have pretty much covered it all, please feel free too take at look at the services we provide. Craig is still working for us doing the first fix and we are very happy with his work. His work is very good quality, very neat, quality pipes and fittings and he measures things correctly and uses a spirit level so everything looks perfect. He turns up when he says he will and works consistently hard all day. He communicates well, suggesting ideas and is extremely helpful and tidy. We would highly recommend him.

Neville and Wayne have recently removed our carpet and replaced it with laminate flooring. Neville contacted me and came out and measured up and listened to what we wanted, he then swiftly replied with a quote and arranged a date for completion. Once on site Neville and Wayne were keen to get the job done but also partial to the odd coffee now and again, they always tidied up after every day and were punctual the next day to carry on . I would definitely contact them if I needed anymore work done on my home

I am a time served 30 year plus ceramic tiler & bathroom fitter, experienced in bathroom fitting , wet rooms all aspects of tiling from a splash back to swimming pools, member of IKBBI, CRB checked, my builder member, please google me, public liability 2 million. All carpets fully protected, generally a bathroom fit will take 6/9 days I do not leave and go to other jobs, you will not be left with out a toilet. I also fit shower pumps digital showers and what ever needs to be pumped in a bathroom, including power showers, Water storage tanks upgraded to required water supply, I will turn most rooms / bedroom’s and cupboards into a working clk room or bathroom, door ways removed and built, all rubbish removed if required.

I used this tradesman because of his good feedback. I was very pleased with tiling and fitting of the units but his plumbing obviously left a lot to be desired. He didn't finish the job and left me with a problem with the tap, this could have been sorted if he had known what he was doing. He came back to try and sort it and said he would be back the following week but never appeared. I have since had a reputable plumber in to finish the work which turned to be more than just the tap!!

Cris provided excellent service, not only fulfilling the initial requirement (painting and plastering) to a high standard, but going above and beyond by offering complementary services at reasonable value. My only regret is that I didn’t find out about Cris sooner, as he would have saved me a lot of headache. Cris is a highly skilled/knowledgeable individual who is friendly, extremely attentive and works with integrity. Would highly recommend!
