I did not hire this company. They came to assess the job and promised to send me an estimate by email. However, despite several messages to them from myself, they never had the courtesy to respond or send me a job estimate. Paid Paul £1,190 for materials for our vinyl floor job back in September. I had to move the first appointment due to my work commitments, but then he cancelled the next two at the last minute and stopped communicating, ignoring our repeated efforts to try to fix a further appointment. Agreed to refund us within a few days in early December but didn't. No communication now for a month. No refund. Would be interested to hear from others with similar experiences how they got him to respond.
