Kurt Davis is good at communicating and listening to his customers, responds quickly and aims to give customers what they want. The quality of his work is good and he works efficiently. There were only a couple of minor 'snags' at the end of the job and he quickly returned to put them right.

Francis did a very good job and nothing was too much trouble to get the end result right. Kept us informed and arrived on given times. Very tidy worker who cleaned up afterwards and was a pleasure to have him doing work for us. Highly pleased to have found a plasterer so good. This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
