Paid £650 to damp proof a small area next to my patio door and as at today the area is still wet. Contacted Michael numerous times as he said that the work is guaranteed for 10 year and I can contact him anytime if there is any issues but I’ve had no response. Will write this one off as a bad experience and will get a reputable company to correct it. I will not be using this company again and would not recommend as I don’t believe that damp proofing is something that he does.

I had my fencing removed and replaced by this company. This involved removing a skip load of fencing and foliage and a difficult neighbour. There was no side entrance so the whole lot had to be taken through the house. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. But DIR Solutions have changed my mind. communication was excellent and they were able to complete the task and exceed my expectations. Freddie & Freddie spent two days in the cold weather taming my very overgrown garden. They expertly and safely cut down and removed a 10yr old field maple tree sited next to a 6ft wooden fence, having dug deep to remove the stump and major roots. They also removed a large bush and overgrown briar rose and weeded between shrubs, pruning as requested, and rotovated all the overgrown borders . All the garden waste was taken away. I am delighted with the result of their hard work. For me it was excellent value.
