Phil came in the morning and finished the job within a day as agreed. Safety aspects and govt regulations were strictly adhered to which was great. The only thing that could have been better was if the dry lining inserts were finished off properly so there are no visible holes around the faceplate of the sockets but Phil explained he didn't have the right mix and left them for me to complete. Dust from the chipping of the brickwork covered the house which was rather unexpected. Overall we'd use him again.

We was once a quality but somewhat messy builder, this give us plenty of practice at cleaning up our sites at the end of a job, we got so good at it, Kent Exterior Cleaning Services Ltd was born! Pressure washing, gutter clearance, soft washing of fascia/soffits/render/roofs, low pressure steaming at 150 degrees for fragile/listed brick/soft stones, biocide treatments to name but a few. A good hard working reliable source for custom or bespoke fencing projects and all aspects of metal workings and installations. Also we build bespoke frames using mild steel; from railings to staging metal grills and also heavy duty oil drum to bbq converts, and the list goes on. We try hardest at all times to maintain a good work etiquette, and will always go above and beyond to meet customer needs. To add, we are also available for flat-pack assembly as this goes hand-in-hand with fabrication.
Joshua was brilliant, he did a great work on the banister rail and made it secure for use again. I will highly recommend him.
