A new company. Chris and Steve came round to fix my gate. Really polite and courteous. Really genuine and were keen to ensure the fix was practical and within my budget. Very good technically and had the gate up and running and practical advice for the ongoing operation. Thoroughly recommend them!

What a superb craftsman Ian is. He couldn't have been more helpful throughout the work always keeping me informed, checking things as necessary. Tony gave a good break down on the quote for a number of jobs as we knew we would not be able to have all the work completed at once. We agreed a date for the first part of the works, Tony arrived promptly everyday, the job was completed to a high standard, his knowledge helped us to make decisions. We are a Managing Agent and the property is out of our area. However, we were sent a comprehensive quotation for the replacement of a fence and gate and on completion of the work we received photographs. Excellent job and job quoted and completed within a week.

I had some fencing replaced, some crazy paving taken up and gravel put down and a gate erected by these guys. The work was done to a great standard with minimum fuss and in a timely fashion. They do not use any sub-contractors so you know who you are dealing with throughout the project. The site was left clean and tidy too so I am more than happy to recommend SNC Building and Maintenance Service for similar jobs.
