I appreciate his clear and detailed communication on job needed, options provided, and consulting on fittings and materials. My window handles and locks were fitted very quickly. one was initially very tight and the handle could not turn. The locksmith communicated all the way through with instructions and when I could not fix it, he offered to come back to sort it. It started turning eventually and is working well.
