A guy called Michael showed up, gave it all the large talk about what he would do. Gave him an address for another project also out of goodwill so he didn’t have to buy another lead. Promised to get back to me despite promising me he would return that week to do the work. Instead just ignored every phone call and message. He kept mentioning about wanting to do it in the evening…. Communicates well, was very nice. Hung my TV up above the fireplace - asked me all the right questions to make sure it was ok to do so (type of wall behind the plaster, will the fireplace be used and double checked which way the electrical wiring ran for the socket installed on the mantle (now sits behind the TV). He was also available on a quick turnaround.

This company charged us £140 for a “call out” they didn’t carry out any work required and they left the cable hanging from the original satélite dish installed previously. I wouldn’t recommend them. We have paid a lot of money for no work done whatsoever but they left our own dish not properly put back as it was.
