After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Very fast to quote, responded quickly to our questions, moved some jobs around to fit us in as quickly as possible as the storm had made our garden completely open to the outside world. Came in, did the job within a couple of days, took all of the rubbish from the old fence away, staff were friendly and presentable and the fence seems to be good quality so overall very pleased. This is the first builder I have met that really seemed to know what he is talking about. Found him very helpeful and a pleasure to deal with. The price that was quoted was fair and in comparison not the cheapest but the quality of work carried out I was extremely impressed with. If anyone needs a recommendation I'm more than willing to speak to you. There were extras on this job but he explained the reasons why it needed to be carried out and it was explained clearly before any extra work was carried out. Very impressed so have given 5 star rating.
