After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

Daniel was extremely helpful and professional at his work. We could not thank him enough for sorting the issue with faulty vent pipe, where management company failed to address the problem of awful sewage smell coming out of the main stack. We spent money on plumbers and surveyors in the past that could not figure out the cause nor fix the issue. Just glad we finally found the guy that did what he promised!

George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

SP Groundwork arrived at time agreed and carried out the necessary resulting in a transformed outdoor area. The work was completed on time despite there being heavy rain during the week. Very unreliable. Shane and his co-worker never turned up when agreed. The quality and finish of the bathrooms was very poor. The mastic and tiling were of very poor quality even after replacing it for the second time. The first shower tray cracked within days (poor quality of sourcing of materials), after the second one being fitted it flooded badly into the lounge below resulting in a new ceiling being required, the walls needing to be replastered and new carpets required. The bath handle was also broken. The quality of the grouting work was also extremely poor, with some areas not even grouted. Communication very poor. No responsibility or apology for all of the errors or issues. I would not recommend SN Plumbing and Tiling to anyone.
