IA home improvements were very helpful and well priced. They turned up early and started work immediately. The concrete slab was poured on the same day after breaking out the old concrete. Unfortunately, it rained late in the afternoon and the slab started to get pit marks so I contacted IA and he was back a few hours later to smooth the slab out again. Very happy with the service and I would definitely use them again.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! I have never met someone who is so enthusiastic and passionate about what they do. If his motto should be anything it should be ‘we can do that’ and he does it BRILLIANTLY. While the work has been excellent Sterling Construction have left a job half finished for over seven months. Their reliability leaves a lot to be desired which is a shame considering the first job they completed was carried out so well.

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Louis was very helpful and polite and did a great job. After unexpectedly having to come back he was prompt to reply, fitted us straight back in and made all the difference to my water leaks. George Bell came to work on some damp related issues in my flat in feb. since having completed the works the problems which first occurred have turned worse and George has been unwilling to get back in contact with me, despite chasing him for 5 months which only reaffirms that the job was poorly undertaken. The company main reception also seems to be a virtual reception so you can never speak with anyone helpful

Dean and Rob worked very hard during a couple of incredibly hot days to lay our slate patio. Once the patio was laid however, quite a large number of the slabs were not set and were moving when stepped on. Unfortunately the guys didn't come back and fix the problem, which was disappointing.

Excellent tradesman. Kyle quoted on the evening that he came round. We wanted a new quality front door. Came around when agreed. Worked very hard and to a very high standard. Even came around the following week when I had painted the door to fit the remaining ironmongery (that I couldn't do!) / make minor adjustments after the door had been hung for a week. Very pleased with the workmanship standard. Very reasonable rates and a reliable chap. Would definitely use him again.
