After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

First class service. From first contact via Rated People, to a call giving me details and then a msg confirming prices and details. The guy who came (Craig, I think) was brilliant sorted out the problem quickly and cleaned up afterwards. A first class company.
They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

I hired him for a toilet job and paid upfront, but he failed to complete the work and disappeared with my money. After many attempts to contact him, I had to take legal action. I eventually won a court judgment, but it has been a long process. Mr. Woods is now being pursued by the police and the court for the funds he took. Blocked toilet - he agreed to come in the earlier part of the morning, then it kept slipping back - until it was the next day. No confidence that he'd turn up then. Only one toilet so it was urgent so I found someone else. May be a good plumber, no idea, but postponing an urgent job after agreeing to do it means I won't offer work again.
