After initial assessment I was told it was a two man job who duly arrived in a couple of days with a jetting machine to clear the limescale. They worked very hard to jet the blockage one in the bathroom one outside at the manhole with the jetter. When they were satisfied the soilpipe was clear they inserted a camera so we could all see the there was now no obstruction. They were pleasant and informed me what was happening all the time, I would recommend them to others.

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. Replaced new radiator which is still leaking and service a combi boiler which is losing water pressure since servised. So please be careful before hiring. Also contacted him few times for the problem after the service but no reply. So no after care at all.

Connor worked very diligently and seemed to cover all bases. However, at the end, although the water was running out, the drain was still gurgling and he didn't know why. But my real complaint is about the PAYMENT. It was quoted per hour, yet the boss seemed to have decided in advance how many hours it would take, and would have overcharged me by about 35%. Even then, he said I was to be charged for an hour's work when it only took 3/4 hour. And no invoice, so no paper trail . . . So watch your step here
