I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
We are a small business that offer a great, reliable service to a very high standard of work. We strive off of customer satisfaction. We normally undertake plumbing, gas heating and carpentry works, with very competitive prices.

Took Nigel a while to call back to confirm a date and time a date and time for the work. Once he did though, he kept exactly to his word. Turned up, on time and completed the plastering for our stairway to a very high quality with patching and skimming work. The price was very fair and he finished in the time he said he would. Would avoid at all costs. Quoted for the job in January, price agreed, due to bad weather we agreed to delay installation until better weather. Date work was due to be completed he was a no show (due to son being ill) and i was informed by text. Contact was made and we both agreed the work would still go ahead and that he would ring to give me a date for the installation. It's now June and i am STILL waiting for the contact. Very poor attitude would never recommend this company.

They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. my company is jc heating as ive dealt with all aspects of the domestic housing in gas & plumbing from boiler servicing to breakdowns & also full central heating system fits also powerflush ie cleaning heating systems, plus all plumbing works undertaken & all electrics from domestic to commercial ie electrical certificates & reports aswell as minor works certificates & with all electrical repairs & installs undertaken.
