Since 2003, I have had a passion for two different sectors of work. The majority of my workload has been within aviation; the other in property maintenance. This has given me the best of both worlds; my passion for flying and getting my hands dirty. However, in February ‘19 I was made redundant from my aviation job which has allowed me to take on my trade full-time. Over the last 15years I have had involvement with a variety of domestic projects ranging from a simple tap change, tenancy repairs, to a full house renovation. I have also been involved with retail construction and development; refitting of supermarkets, hotels and offices. I now enjoy working for myself and I always ensure I do a great job for the people I meet. I am a reliable individual who is honest and trustworthy. I take huge pride in my work; if it’s not right, I’ll make it right to ensure you are happy with the work carried out. Not worth 5 star rating, in my opinion. Cancelled appointment 30 minutes before due time. Came out twice, first time to take a look, second time to bring sample. Said he would get back to with price with expected start next week. Heard nothing, he finally answered one of my texts saying didn't reply as materials had gone up and the job would cost another £1000. Did not even have the courtesy of letting me decide if it was too much to pay or to choose something less expensive. Very disappointed.

Steve took our fireplace ideas and made them into exactly what we wanted. Professional and polite throughout, he worked hard to get the job done. Trustworthy enough to leave with a key to our house whilst we were at work, and kept us up to date with what he had done and what he had left to do.
