He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

David and Matt took a detailed look at the problem when quoting: hard to see from the ground so they took digital photos to explain what was needed. They gave options for materials when doing the estimate and when the job had started. It was a good job, completed to time and within cost, with minimum disruption. The site was left very tidy and David and Matt took a 'can-do' approach to difficult site access. Highly recommended!

Repairs to windows and doors and conservatories. Locks, leaks, hinges, patio wheels, hinges, cat flaps, misted units replaced (glass). Soffit, fascia and guttering. Cladding. Happy to repair as well as replace. We specialise in upvc and Ali but love to work with timber when the need arises. No selling. Luke helped repair my roof, leaking velux windows and provided extra insulation (plus plasterboard and painting/decoration) to my lean-to study area in the house. Luke and Bobby were polite and communicative. The price was fair and competitive. Hopefully no more leaks or damp but if there are any issues, Luke said he will come back to help as I am covered under the guarantee. I would use them again and also recommend to others. Thank you.

Moss Rid were great and very cheap. Arrived on time to do repair works to the roof that were not straight forward and in a difficult position. They even brought spare tiles with them in case mine could not be rescued. Executed repair work very quickly and efficiently. Roof is now watertight again.
