Great job, done to a very professional standard. The lads always turned up on time and were able to help with some unforeseen issues caused by a damp wall and flooring. The original job was for a kitchen refit but they were able to help us with all the other problems with no extra hands required.

I’ve been given 512 words to review Kyle and his team and only need one- AMAZING. However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! The work itself was very good, and while on the job, they were quick, consistent and polite. Problems occurred with finishing off and a number of issues are still outstanding. There were mitigating circumstances - serious illness in the company - but communications with us have been erratic and we are left with a few outstanding issues that we have to deal with ourselves.

We were very happy with the work done by Dan and his team at Akoni Construction. I had a 20m2 porcelain patio laid which looks fantastic. It is evident that they have taken time and care over the work completed. They also had the expertise for a second job I added to pebbledash a wall on our rear extension, which now matches the rest of the house perfectly. The bottom line is it was a waste of both your time and mine if you were not interested, I think that the eventual profit would have more than covered lead costs, if not then you are doing something very wrong, I deal with CPC (Cost Per Click) every day every business I know allows a fund for this, out of every 10 clicks (that cost them) only one may bear fruit, I think you need to re-think strategies, I have increased value rating because at the end of the day your initial quote came in at a good price.
