Thanks Roman from Cotelco Tiling for dropping by to sort out our small tile replacement job (kitchen floor). He did a fantastic job despite that some of the replacement tiles, I had organised, were 1mm smaller than the original tiles, which didn't bother us. Thanks to his professional experience and finesse the difference is only visible if when really closely looking for it. Roman did a fantastic job indeed. Highly recommend him.

Gavin was the only builder who responded but he still gave me a competitive quote and was able to start as soon as I wanted. I am very pleased with his work. He did the job and did a good clear-up afterwards.

Barry from B C Property Care was excellent, he did a really good job you can't even see where the door frame was damaged. He also did a couple of extra little jobs without charging me. I will always you Barry in the future. Chrissy Hodges

First impressions were good so we decided to use Able to create a new shed and build a gate/fence. They were very informative, thorough and I was extremely pleased with the final product. Able went out of their way to ensure everything I asked for was done. Will definitely use again.

Malcolm and Ellis have been amazing, Having started to lose the will to live with countless unreliable and un-contactable builders that promised everything but delivered nothing, Malcolm has come through and done everything he said he would, communicated everything throughout the entire job and came back to me whenever I had questions. I posted the job hoping to get a quick response. Hall and son contacted me promptly, attended to quote for the work. Provided the written quote and were able to do the work very quickly. We were very happy with all of the tradespeople, and communication with the office was outstanding. They were all polite, hard working and the jobs were completed to very high standards. James moved a radiator adding new pipe work. Job was completed in a day, he cleaned up after himself and was a pleasure having h8m n my home. I will give James a call when I need more plumbing done.

I would not recommend you use Richard. The initial consultation was good and the process agreed for the work was fair. However, Richard did not turn up on the day. I tried to call and there was no response. I later found out there had been a family death, so we renegotiated a date for the work to commence only to experience the same situation; a no show. This time there was no call, as to why he didn’t show. Richard demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Stay well clear!
