Couldn’t have asked for more from Chris and his team. Excellent workmanship. Bespoke work done to better than imagined. A real craftsman who was a pleasure to have in my home. Work carried out to an excellent standard, nothing was too much trouble. Will definitely be having Chris again for more work! Can’t recommend him highly enough.

From the moment he Rafal contacted me he was so pleasant and easy to explain to what I wanted doing . I would definitely recommend contacting Tess Con to quote for any roofing jobs you need attending to. Our job needed extra work, which we'd anticipated as our roof is very large and nearly 120 years old, and a mutually acceptable additional cost was agreed. The whole process went very smoothly. Communication was excellent throughout. Everything was tidied up at the end of each day, all waste was removed and the two sets of scaffolding removed at the first possible opportunity after the job was completed.

Responded quickly and plumber visited today, temporarily stopped the leaking until the pipe can be replaced and bathroom re-fitted / completely re-furbished . Resolved the issue and prevented any further damage.

Great company. From visiting ang giving a quote right through to completing tje work and sending the invoice a very professinal comany. The work was completed to a very high standand with hardly any mess or disruption to my working day. Chris and Paul just got on with the job. Paul of Forwood joinery fitted a new loft hatch for me. He was very prompt at giving me a quote which was very reasonably priced. The nature of the job was unavoidably messy but Paul tried his best to keep this to a minimum by covering the walls and carpet. I am very happy with the work he carried out and would definitely use him again. I have recommended him to friends, one of whom has since used his services. Like me they are very happy with his work and his prices.

Owen has been landscaping our back garden, levelling off a large area of garden, building stone walls and steps and a new patio area and garden path. We would strongly recommend him. He's an incredibly hard worker, out in all weathers to get the job done in time and willing to change the job as our plans changed throughout the project. He is also very aware of keeping to the budget.

This was most helpful as a second opinion on poor work we had already had done by Roofmagic. The report by Tailormade has helped get the original work repaired shortly and I will certainly get another opinion after the repair has been done to find out if Roofmagic had done a better job second time around.
