I cannot rate this company highly enough, if I could give 6 stars I would! They completed this job plus many others to a very high standard and were always professional, polite and friendly. An absolute pleasure to have in the house. We have many more jobs to complete and won’t be going anywhere else. Highly recommended, if you live in this area these are the only people you need.

Very efficient. Rang me back with 30 minutes of my job being posted. Found the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. Arrived on time and made no mess. Very reasonable price as well. I would certainly use and recommend Steve to others.

Ricardo has come twice to work for me - he is efficient, tidy, thoughtful about problems, cleared up afterwards and was very pleasant to deal with. When he had to cancel/postpone/or was going to be late he gave notice and made clear re-arrangements. When an element of the work to be done became urgent Ricardo came promptly to help out.

Good workmanship with high quality outcomes. Reliable start date with excellent communication with home owner and tenants in a rental property. Not cheap but made up of it with quick start date and quality of work.

I wouldn't? recommend this firm as they promise to give you a disc containing still and moving pictures of your drains but they don't appear to know how to operate their camera. Consequently I only received a disc containing corrupted files, and when they re-took images of my drains i did not receive a file at all. And when I queried if a section of the relined drains was properly sealed they failed to return to my house. I recommend anyone not to part with any money until completely satisfied.

They did a fairly good job and they were efficient. They're customer service was not great and we didn't get the discount they said they'd give us.

Had to ask to stop after a day as unfortunately we weren't happy with the standard of work.
