Regency Roofing contacted me soon after the job was posted and arrived at my home an hour later as promised. The problem was inspected thoroughly with several faults pointed out to me, and a repair was proposed, agreed, and immediately completed. The repair has been satisfactory so far with no further leaks despite some heavy rain. However, the price asked was to my mind very high for the amount of work involved, even for an emergency repair. That is why my rating is 4 star rather than 5 star.

He arrived promptly & worked quickly & efficiently. A joiner by trade, he made a good job of repairing the gate but wasn't afraid of working as a handyman carrying heavy things up from the cellar to the shed & cleaning down the rafters & walls thoroughly. Turned out the tradesman lived round the corner from us so we now know a good local joiner. He was promt with appointments, good efficent worker and friendly. All in all a good person to know for future jobs.
