Igor and his team did a great job for me in renovating and updating a Grade II Listed townhouse in Clifton. The scope of works included extensive repairs, all new plumbing & electrics, a new staircase, kitchen and bathrooms, and complete re-decoration throughout. Igor was always extremely efficient and helpful, and overall I was happy and satisfied with both the price and the quality of work, although it did take a bit longer than expected to complete.

Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. Redacre contacted me( mr pete allen) he arranged for me to come and look at his last job which was a wet room it was wonderful and i had never even thought of having one!! We agreed on a price. Pete's workmanship was of the highest standard, he was always on time,clean and tidy and a joy to have in my home, as were the people whom he subcontracted to.
