I initially gave a good review as I was impressed with the carpenter’s quick response in providing a quote and the detailed information on what would be entailed in the work. Things went downhill from there. The original fitting date was changed, then I received excuses for on two mornings he should have attended to complete the work. One star is given because my deposit was returned. I had to find a new carpenter who could complete the job before Christmas. Luckily, I found someone reliable.
My self and my workers have a nice way of working with clients we’re friendly polite and very clean and respectful of other people homes as we too have lovely homes . We work hard to keep clients happy and resolve problems that come there way through building projects. We also can show many recommendations from our own neighbours to people we have never met . Horrible ,we had garage conversion done by Lee, 2 months after water started to leak from the ceiling, called him to check it, he came said he will take ceiling down, check if this is condensation, dry it and put it up again, we set the date to come and fix it, 7 months later nothing has been done, Lee didn’t answer any emails or phone calls, we had to take ceiling down ourselves to find out he cut pipe from bathroom fan just to make the wall look straight causing condensation
