Dave contacted me pretty quickly and then came out to see the issue the same day. By the next day, the scaffolding was up and unfortunately the leak wasn’t a simple fix but Dave took me up on the roof to see the issues first hand. He suggested repairing the roof in stages to manage the cost but as he progressed up the roof, the whole roof needed replacing as the felt had worn down throughout the roof, we had rotten battens and a damaged chimney. Brilliant professional, highly recommend contacting Dave!

Did a bit of extra work he didn't have to for no extra charge. Sent photos of completed job and I was extremely happy with it. Courteous speedy and very efficient with reasonable costs. Absolutely atrocious. Caused so many leaks our ceiling collapsed. Doubled the price after the fact. Such awful quality we had to get the "new" roof replaced (and our neighbours'). Left the place in a complete mess. Avoid at all costs.

Came with short notice, took care with the work, uncovered other significant problems organised a bricklayer to correct issues before completing the work rather than rushing through the job, and having further problems arise in future years. I would recommend this company.

My experience of them was very straightforward and they did exactly what they said there were going to do. They were professional, reliable and I also found them very personable. They went out of there way to be helpful and did a few extra small jobs like painting the doors free of charge when only the walls were quoted for. I would definitely use them again.
