Back in June 2012, J Bryant fixed a flat roof leak I had in my house in Hornchurch. It is now Sep 2012 and there has been very heavy rain in that period with no leak in sight. I strongly recommend you use J Bryant if you have any leaks on flat roofs. I also plan to ask him to work on any roof issue (not just flat roof) when it arises. J Bryant is a Top tradesman.

Had garden re-modelling done by AL Driveways & Garden Design. All work was completed to a very high standard, no mess, no fuss. Claire & Al were super professional throughout, very accommodating/flexible in their approach (Claire went above and beyond to ensure items we'd ordered separately were delivered in line with the project timescales) and always putting in a full hard day's work - from 8 in the morning to 5 in the evening. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.
